also, are either organization planning to go "nation-wide"?  i'm trying to understand what the big deal is.  seems like a "clash of egos" or something trivial.  i mean, we're talking about health org's in west-va and one in georgia, neither of which sound like they're trying to reach beyond the local community...</description>
